Introductory Yoga Courses 2020
Suitable for beginners of all ages and fitness levels.
It's a foundation course where you will learn how to practice mindfully and effectively to help improve your flexibility, strength and balance, relax your body and mind, improve posture and body awareness.
We recommend to do this course before joining our general classes if you haven't done yoga before.
Mondays 7pm starts January 6 (4 weeks)
Tuesdays 9.30am starts January 14 (4 weeks)
Wednesdays 6.30pm starts January 29 (4 weeks)
Thursdays 5.30pm. starts January 23(4 weeks)
Saturdays 8am starts January 25 (4weeks)
Cost: $80 for 4 week course (one class per week)
Bookings are essential.
